Based on Ruihao static mixing reactor, it adopts circulating tube layout to realize continuous reaction process. The residence time distribution tends to be a continuous tank reactor in traditional industry, but it has a larger heat exchange area, higher mixing efficiency, and a more reliable scale-up design basis. At the same time, the influence of changes in the feed conditions on the reaction kinetics can be greatly reduced, so that the polymerization reaction is more stable. The combined application of circulating tube layout and flat flow in the polymer production process can avoid the channel effect caused by the high viscosity ratio of the monomer and polymer products during the reaction process, making the polymerization process more reasonable and efficient.

Most polymer production processes, such as solution polymerization, bulk polymerization, emulsion polymerization, etc., have strict residue standards for volatile components, is monomers, organic solvents, etc., resulting in a variety of volatile component removal process.Among them, vacuum screw extrusion technology, vacuum film scraping technology, flash evaporation technology, etc. are used by the majority of polymer companies. However, the disadvantages of the first two, such as high energy consumption, high investment, high maintenance, and high operating costs, have not been solved.Ruihao Chemical adopts unique vacuum technology and special design to reduce operation and maintenance costs, reduce investment costs, and improve the removal efficiency of volatile components, thereby producing higher quality and more competitive polymer products. The process operation unit uses a static mixing heat exchanger as a preheating device, and is equipped with a high-efficiency static mixer to fill the eluent and enter the devolatilizer to achieve full removal of volatile components. According to the difference in product feed concentration, the unit can be designed as a continuous devolatilization process unit from one-stage pre-concentration to multi-stage complete devolatilization. Depending on the polymer system, the removal of volatile components can vary from 0.5% to 20 ppm (depending on the actual polymerization system).
